Bryce made me this planter box for the back yard. I love it! I've never had my own garden so this will be interesting but fun. We're excited!!

wish us luck!

Getting Crafty...

I Finally Finished it!!! I saw this mirror online and wanted one of my own so I decided to make one. :) What do you think? Double click on the picture for a closer look...

Bryce cut the moulding for me... I had to sand off the white paint... probably my LEAST FAVORITE PART of the whole thing.

Painted black and ready to start the fun part...

Frame with chicken wire...

Tick.Tock. Tick.Tock. I used liquid nail to attach the mirror to the frame and chicken wire... here it is drying. We had to improvise with the weights so I pretty much gathered everything in the house that was somewhat heavy. Ha Ha. IT WORKED!! :)

Ready to hang....

Catching up with life...

Can't go a year without running our toes through the California sand. After Christmas, My Mom, Grandma, Bryce's friend Thomas (lives in Mesa now), Bryce, and I hopped in the car and drove to California. We were able to stay and see my brother and his family in Carlsbad then go and spend time with Bryce's family in Lake Forest. It went by way too fast as most fun trips do.

Bryce's friend Thomas was able to come to California and hang out with all of us. He's seriously the funniest and most entertaining person ever and made the trip a million times more fun.

Laguna Beach.

Playing outside with the little dudes. Look at that clear blue Arizona sky... and remember... this is Christmas time. ha ha.

We spent Christmas in Arizona this last year. It was one of the best vacations we have ever had. We were able to visit and see everyone in our family... on both sides.

Learning from the Pros.....
